Property Management

The Beverley Hills Estate is administered by a Board of Trustees for the Beverley Hills Home Owners Association led by the Chairman, Mr. Carlos Da Silva.

The Beverley Hills Estate has various free-standing houses, and also 2 Sectional Title apartment blocks namely Belair and Malibu. These apartment blocks are managed independently by their respective Trustee Boards’. The daily operations of running the Beverley Hills Estate is managed by the Estate Manager, whilst Ballito Estates is the Managing Agent.
